London design agency Chomp approached us to find out how we could help them with their agency content. It was quickly obvious that before we could produce any content for them, they needed to get a clearer understanding about their business proposition – what it was they could offer their clients and what value they provided.


The Work

The first thing we did was to run our value proposition workshop, to help them uncover who they were, what they did and what value they gave their clients.


Next, we went away and prioritised all of their core values and key messages into a messaging hierarchy, and wrote up their business value proposition statement – which went on their website Home page.


We then included their agency’s core values in to every piece of content we produced, including website copy, case studies and sales collateral.

We helped Chomp develop clear, concise and consistent messages to help them clearly communicate to potential clients how they could help their business – which will ultimately help them engage their audience more effectively and win more new clients.
